Her spirit was stronger than her body could ever be. The truest definition of strength, resilience and perseverance. Shelia Ann Beck Sims, who passed on 05/24/2022 at age 61, created and maintained a beautiful life for herself & her family all while fighting a thirty six year battle with multiple sclerosis. Survived by her loving husband Michael Stuart Sims & their son Michael Wesley Sims. Mike was, and always will be, Shelia’s childhood sweetheart, a constant companion, provider and caregiver. Wes was a loyal and devoted son, providing companionship and care to his mom in her final years. Shelia is also survived by her loving sisters and close relatives. She loved like no other, in a way that made everyone feel special. She adored the many nieces and nephews that she enjoyed watching grow into wonderful young men & women. She will be terribly missed by everyone whose life she touched, but she would want them to know, that she stayed strong in her faith. Thanked god from the bottom of her heart for being there for her, loving her, forgiving her, never leaving her, and ultimately for healing her. The visitation will be Friday from 12:30 P.M until 1:45 P.M graveside service will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Highland Memorial Gardens.
