PHILLIP "PHIL" WEAVER

Phillip 'Phil' Weaver of Hueytown, Alabama passed away at the age of 77 on April 21, 2022. Phil served his country proudly in the US Air Force, and in his passing we lost a master woodworking craftsman, painter, wine maker, outdoorsman, and baker. He was a kind hearted, wonderful, thoughtful father, brother, uncle, and loved one. Phil was preceded in death by his parents Aloha Reynolds and Ocie Weaver, brothers Jerry Weaver and James Weaver, nephews Scott Weaver and Steven Weaver, and sister in law Carol Weaver. Phil is survived by: daughter Panja (Joel) Serrano, son Richard Weaver, Inge Sims, Joyce Weaver, Alan Sumerel, and nieces and nephews Tammie Tubbs, Jason Weaver, Jennifer Lathram, Kevin Banks, Cody Weaver, Shane Weaver and many others. Visitation will be held at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home, 195 Brooklane Dr, Hueytown, AL 35023, at 10am, and Family Services/Burial will be held at the Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115, at 12:30PM.
