Michael Voytanovsky, 80, of Hueytown, passed away August 20, 2021. He retired after 53 years in the construction business, his last job as a supervisor with Rives Construction. Michael was preceded in death by his parents Stefan and Annie Voytanovsky; bothers Pete, Stevie, and Johnnie Voytanovsky; sisters Mary Rutledge and Dorothy Dunn. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Eva Voytanovsky; daughter Heather Voytanovsky; sister-in-law Janice Voytanovsky, brother-in-law Jim Rutlegde; and several nieces and nephews. The visitation will be from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home, Father Micha officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Cemetery.
