DIANE "DANDY" BRYAN PARK Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Diane Bryan Park “Dandy”, of Hueytown, AL, passed away on April 4th, 2020, at the age of 70. Diane was born on Oct.2nd,1949, in West Point, GA, to John and Helen Bryan. She married the love of her life, Gary Park in 1970. She worked at AAA Cooper Trans., the Jefferson County Sherriff’s Dept. and Courthouse. Diane is survived by her 2 daughters, Kim Clark (Mike) and Melissa Martin (Doug). Also, she is survived by her grandchildren, Michelle Fulmer, Cory Martin, Peyton Clark, Matthew Clark, and Taylor Martin; 4 siblings, Sharon Stephens (Lewey), Bill Bryan (Pat), Charlotte Lackey (Rick), and Johnny Bryan (Kim). She is preceded in death by her husband Gary, and her parents John and Helen. “She’s one of a kind. She loved unconditionally and would always strive to see the best in you. She could make anywhere feel like home. She was brave, and courageous. If you needed to talk, she would always listen. Her faith was solid. She would remind you to keep trusting and believing. She loved to have fun, and her adventurous spirit was contagious. Her parties were the best. She made sure the whole family had plenty of opportunities to just be together. She found so many reasons to celebrate life. She found the beauty and joy in the smallest moments.” – Miriam Brown A private graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial Gardens. A celebration of her life (in true Dandy fashion) will be held at a later date.
