JASON MICHAEL MOORE

Jason Michael Moore, 51, of Hueytown, Alabama, passed away November 20, 2025. It is with great love and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Michael Moore. His life was defined by joy, faith, and unwavering devotion to the people he cherished. He was a proud graduate of Hueytown High School, class of 1992. He lived every single day to the fullest, embracing the outdoors, the beauty of God‘s creation and the simple moments that made life meaningful. He loved hunting, fishing, and anything that took him outside where he felt most at peace. He was a true family man, deeply devoted to his loved ones, his friends, and especially to his wife, Tamara Kay whom he adored with all his heart. Nothing brought him greater pride than watching his daughter play softball and cheer, as well as cheering on his nieces and nephews in their own sports. He was their biggest supporter, always present, always encouraging, always smiling, and an enthusiastic Alabama football fan. He brought the same passion and positivity to every part of his life. His servant heart, and steadfast love for the Lord were evident in the way he treated others with kindness, generosity, and a spirit that lifted those around him. He was the kind of man whose smile could change the atmosphere. His optimism never wavered, and his love was felt deeply by everyone fortunate enough to know him. Jason leaves behind a legacy of faith, joy, and wholehearted love a legacy that will continue to shine through the family and friends. He treasured so deeply. He was preceded in death by his father Michael Earl Moore; grandparents Earl Buford Moore, Mildred Dimple (McCulley) Moore, James Walker Knight, and Nettie Jo (Carmichael) Knight; uncles Jack Wayne Quarles and Eddie Hugh Moore. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years Tammy Moore; daughter Carlee Moore; mother Janice Moore; brother Jerry Moore; sister Allison Tanner (Jason); his three nieces Madison Moore, Abby Tanner, and Rayleigh Letson; and two nephews Bronson Moore and Alex Tanner. The visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM, Monday, November 24, 2025, at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Grove Memirial Gardens.
