DORIS ANN FONDREN

Doris Ann Fondren, Age 66 of Lake View, Alabama, passed away Saturday evening July 13, 2024. Ann was born December 03, 1957. Ann resided in Hueytown, AL. where she met the love of her life Gary Fondren. Ann worked in the day care industry for years with family and then retired to be a stay-at-home mom to raise her three beautiful daughters. Ann was a wonderful person, she was the most thoughtful, loving, kindhearted, caring person that you could meet. Her life revolved around her family and friends. Her family meant the world to her. Ann was quiet, but funny and had a smile that could brighten the room. If you were loved by Ann, you knew it and everyone else around you knew it because she would always tell you how much she loved you. She was so proud of her family and if there is anything that you could learn from her was how to love another person. It was her greatest attribute, she loved you beyond measure no matter the circumstances, it was unconditional. Ann was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend to all that knew her. May you rest peacefully as we know that you are in the arms of the angels and celebrating with past loved ones. Ann was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, sister and mother and father in-law, son in law and her husband Gary Fondren. Ann is survived by her daughter Heather and husband Norman Antonio and their children Devin and Lyrica (Mason), daughter Jennifer and husband Michael Lacey and their children Kobie and Kailee, daughter Shea and her husband Brian Johnson and their children Kelsey and Connor, her great grandchild Carson Lee, four brothers Terry, Bobby, John, Billy, JC, Two Sisters Pam and Christina and long list of cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends. The visitation will be Tuesday July 16, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Peoples Funeral home in Hueytown. A service will be held in her honor at Peoples Funeral home at 2:00 PM on Wednesday July 17, 2024 and the burial will follow at Highland Memorial, Kevin Blackwell officiating Pallbearers: Kobie Humphries, Mason Helms, Eric Fondren, Devin Morris, Dylan Johnson, Justin Johnson
